Sharon Garrett Fuery - Chief Executive Officer/Owner

Sharon is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Angelo State University and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University, Kingsville in School Administration. She has been a career educator serving as a middle school and high school English teacher, a high school Assistant Principal, and a human resources administrator.  After thirty-two (32) years, she retired in January 2010 after serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Judson ISD, San Antonio.

A high school and collegiate cheerleader, Sharon was an instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) for fifteen years. She was a high school cheerleading coach for eleven years and her squads placed in the top ten at NCA Nationals nine years winning the Small Varsity National Championship two years.

A highly sought after judge, Sharon has judged cheerleading competitions and tryouts for over thirty-five years. She has judged high school, college, and professional cheer and dance tryouts. She has judged high school, college and all-star nationals for NCA, America's Best, ACA, USA, Coastal Alliance, Contest of Champions, Spirit Celebration, American Cheer Power, Cheer America, Mardi Gras, and Cheer Evolution - Canada.  She has also judged the USASF/ISASF Worlds Championship for the past seven years.

Sharon's pageant experience has been as a contestant and a judge. She is a former Miss Black Texas and has judged several local and state pageants. Sharon resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband Lionel.

Venessa Williams Lewis - Chief Financial Officer/Owner

Venessa is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana. She received a Bachelor's degree from McNeese State University with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. She worked for a NASA contractor and later moved to Dallas to work in the Telecom industry. She currently stays at home.

During her nearly twenty-five years in the cheerleading world, she was high school All-American cheerleader and head cheerleader of a high school Award of Excellence squad. She was a collegiate cheerleader at McNeese State University. She was an instructor of the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) for four years.

She has judged high school and collegiate cheerleading tryouts as well as regional and national competitions for NCA, America's Best Cheer and Dance, ACA, Cheer America, Mardi Gras, Spirit Celebration, and Cheer Evolution-Canada.  She has also judged the USASF/ISASF Worlds for the past two years.

Venessa, who is known for her dance ability and choreography skills, has choreographed creative and innovative routines. Squads that she has worked with have ranked nationally. She has also choreographed half-time routines for the WNBA Silver Stars.  She can be seen in an aerobic video with fitness guru, Donna Richardson. The video, "Old School Dance Party" features Sugar Hill and the Gang.

Venessa currently resides in Plano, Texas. She and her husband have two beautiful daughters.
