Sharon Garrett Fuery - Chief Executive Officer/Owner

Sharon is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Angelo State University and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University, Kingsville in School Administration. She has been an educator for twenty-seven years serving as a middle school and high school English teacher and a high school Assistant Principal. She is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources in Judson ISD.

A high school and collegiate cheerleader, Sharon was an instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) for fifteen years. She was a high school cheerleading coach for eleven years and her squads placed in the top ten at NCA Nationals nine years winning the Small Varsity National Championship two years.

A highly sought after judge, Sharon has judged cheerleading competitions and tryouts for over thirty years. She has judged high school, college, and professional cheer and dance tryouts. She has judged high school, college and all-star nationals for NCA, America's Best, ACA, USA, Atlantic Coast Cheer and Dance, Contest of Champions, Cheer Gyms of America, American Cheer Power and Mardi Gras Nationals.

Sharon's pageant experience has been as a contestant and a judge. She is a former Miss Black Texas and has judged several local and state pageants. Sharon resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband Lionel. She is currently an Executive Director of Human Resources at a school district in San Antonio.



Venessa Williams Lewis - Chief Financial Officer/Owner

Venessa is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana. She received a Bachelor's degree from McNeese State University with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. She worked for a NASA contractor and later moved to Dallas to work in the Telecom industry. She currently stays at home.

During her nearly twenty-five years in the cheerleading world, she was high school All-American cheerleader and head cheerleader of a high school Award of Excellence squad. She was a collegiate cheerleader at McNeese State University. She was an instructor of the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) for four years.

She has judged high school and collegiate cheerleading tryouts as well as regional and national competitions for NCA, America's Best Cheer and Dance, Cheer Gyms of America, etc.

Venessa, who is known for her dance ability and choreography skills, has choreographed creative and innovative routines. Squads that she has worked with have ranked nationally. She can be seen in an aerobic video with fitness guru, Donna Richardson. The video, "Old School Dance Party" features Sugar Hill and the Gang.

Venessa currently resides in Plano, Texas. She and her husband Jefferey have two daughters, Alexia and Kayla.
